Returns Policy

We at Clockface Beauty think you will love your products, but there may be circumstances when you feel it necessary to return a purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy with our products. If you’re unhappy, please return your purchase back to us for a refund or exchange.

All you need to do contact us at accounts@clockfacebeauty.com, please include your order number, product details and reason why. Once we have confirmed this and, in the instance, where the product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied we will send you a free post returns label, in any other case the postage or return costs are the customers responsibility.

You will need to complete our Returns Form, this then needs to be included within your return. Put the returns form in with your products in its your original packaging and take this to your local post office. We will send your replacement item or refund your payment within 5-10 working days upon receipt of your item.

Please note we will only exchange products of the exact the same value. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be only be covered by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. This will be done by way of a returns label.
